• Payment data: Order confirmation only. We never see or store your card details — payments are handled by our secure payment processor.
• Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited, stored anonymously.

3. Why we collect it

• To provide and save your lesson progress across devices.
• To verify paid access to Parts 2-5.
• To send important account emails (password reset, purchase confirmation).
• To improve the platform based on how it is used.

4. Children's data

Music with Melo is used by children aged 5-12 under the supervision of a parent or guardian. The account is created and managed by the parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. If you believe your child has provided personal data without your consent, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

5. Third parties

We work with trusted third-party services to run the platform securely — including our authentication provider, payment processor, and hosting provider. None of these partners are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

6. Your rights

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
