We do not collect: card numbers, bank PINs, biometric data, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data as defined by the NDPA.

Special protection for children
Music with Melo is designed for children aged 5–12, always used under parental supervision. Accounts are created and managed by parents or guardians — not the children themselves. We take the following steps to protect children's data:

None of these partners are permitted to use your data for their own marketing or to share it with other parties.
Our service providers (Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, Resend) are based primarily in the United States. Data transferred to the US is protected by contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) and each provider's compliance with international data protection standards. Korapay and Lemon Squeezy operate under their own data transfer mechanisms as described in their respective privacy policies.
