Our promise

If you are not happy with your purchase within 7 days, email us and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

What is covered

The $25 one-time payment for Parts 2-5 of Level 1.
Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase.

What is not covered

Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
Part 1 — it is free, so there is nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email us at musicwithmelo2@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used to purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, access to Parts 2-5 will be removed from your account. Part 1 remains free and accessible.
